“I have been in the trenches and survived, a runaway train on a one way track, from the grips of addiction to the road of enlightenment”

Dr. Frank has served as the director of a Family Recovery Center for adolescent and adult outpatient rehab facility.  He has experience in public education as a director of an alternative high school in Parsippany, New Jersey, where he developed a peer leadership program and implemented various community programs.  He is a well-rounded individual and graduate of the College of Holy Cross.

He was a professional athlete from 1983 to 1987.  He began his career with the Green Bay Packers, and then went on to play with the New Jersey Generals of United States Football League. While recovering from knee surgery and enduring player strike he completed his career with the Detroit Lions. Dr. Frank utilizes his experience navigating life and the professional athletic arena. It is his belief when properly aligned we all have the ability to achieve our goals and overcome all obstacles.

Dr. Frank returned to college serving as a graduate assistant at Montclair State University, where he earned his master's degree in counseling with an emphasis in addictive disorders. Frank continued his passion for coaching in the Arena Football League for the New Jersey Red Dogs. He began his professional coaching career as the defense line coach there, and was eventually named the Head Coach and General Manager.

Dr. Frank was always intensely passionate regarding his athletic pursuits. And then the time came to pursue his clinical profession. In June of 2004, Dr. Frank accomplished a lifelong goal, earning his doctoral degree in counseling psychology from Southern California University for Professional Studies. It was then he decided to switch from coaching football to teaching, healing and coaching in the arena of people needing his gift. Dr. Frank continually expands his knowledge in the field of addiction studies. He is currently working on a project using mindfulness, a powerful technique which integrates meditation, breath therapy, and mental imagery to reduces the chances of relapse.

He is a dynamic speaker and presents workshops designed to help individuals become more effective in managing their life's challenges. His primary objective is to empower people in developing a philosophy by defining beliefs and principles that serve as a guide to making better choices in their day to day lives.
